Introduction

Kirtlington Projects Ltd is committed to operating an ethical and responsible business.

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights to which Kirtlington Park Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach.

The statement sets out the commitment of Kirtlington Park Ltd to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its business activities and the steps the Company has put in place with the aim of ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in its own business and supply chains. We all have a duty to be alert to risks, however small. Staff are expected to report their concerns and directors to act upon them.

This statement covers the business activities of Kirtlington Park Ltd, which operates as a venue for hire.

The business activities of its subsidiary companies are:
Kirtlington Projects Ltd: the organisation of events, project and property management and consultancy.
Kirtlington Park Management Ltd: maintenance and management of Kirtlington Park

The Company currently operates wholly in the UK.

Dignity at Work Policy - sets out the actions and behaviour expected of employees.
Public Interest Disclosure Policy – employees encouraged to report any concerns related to its direct activities or its supply chains.
